World History/Social Studies Week 19 Update

Good morning and welcome to Finals Week!

We somehow managed to get through our final lesson on Nationalism and Imperialism last week so we spent Thursday and Friday doing review on the content we covered this semester, which was pretty substantial. We reviewed world belief systems, Colombian Exchange, Renaissance, Protestant Reformation, Scientific Revolution, Enlightenment, Age of Revolutions, Industrial Revolution, Economic systems and the aforementioned Nationalism and Imperialism movements.

Today I gave them the class period to create notes to be used for the final. A surprising number of students chose not to do notes, which is a bummer as it a fantastic study aid. The final will be Tuesday, on Google Forms,

What’s new with Mr. Dudek?
This was actually a pretty chill weekend: Took Myla to dance and Peter to a playdate with a friend. I finished the work I needed to do on my Nissan, now just need an alignment and I can register it again. Also, watching the Packers beat the Bears is always a good time in the Dudek household 🙂
