World History Update

On to Week 29!

This past week we wrapped up our study of the Industrial Revolution and our study of economic systems of Adam Smith, Karl Marx, and John Maynard Keynes. The students started a group project on Friday where they were given the scenario of being stranded on an uncharted island and have to rebuild society. They have to decided on an economic system, form of government, what sorts of goods and services would be available, etc. Students will present their societies to the class on either Thursday or Friday.

What’s going on with Mr. Dudek?
Boys volleyball starts this week so in addition to the girls club I’m about to be even busier than normal. My mom is visiting from Illinois over spring break so that’ll be good for the kids to see their G’ma.
