AP World History Update
It’s the final countdown! (Cue Europe: Do-do-do-dooooooo, do-do-do-do-dooo)
We’re inching ever closer to the AP exam date on 5/20, just a couple of weeks away.
This week AP College Board released review sessions discussing each of the units as well as reviews of the skills needed for SAQ and DBQ Responses so we’ve been watching those videos in class. Just today they released another four sessions covering the following: Cultural Developments and Social Organizations; Governance and Economic Systems; Humans, the Environment, Technology, and Innovation; and Test-Taking strategies for the exam.
We’ll cover these topics next week and use the 14th through the 19th to do review games on our content areas.
I am still working on getting these practices graded. It’s been tough to keep up with the yearbook and volleyball going on but both are wrapping up and I’m seeing light at the end of the tunnel. Thankfully, the students are very self-motivated and don’t need much prompting from me to study and practice.
What’s new with Mr. Dudek?
Boys indoor volleyball is over, girls club is over, the yearbook is done. I don’t know what I’m going to do with all this extra time on my hands. Probably sleep in the mornings and spend more time with the family in the evenings.
Have a wonderful week Roadrunners!
Mr. Dudek
