AP World History Update

Good morning Roadrunners and welcome to week 2!

It’s been wonderful getting to know the kids and begin our journey through the AP Classroom. It has been slow to get started as we get our technology and logins all sorted out but we are ready to rock and roll diving into content.

The goal with AP World History is to finish the textbook and AP Classroom materials by Spring Break. Practicing the skills and revisiting content to establish the work that goes into the AP exam will be the primary focus. After Spring Break, when we’re done with content, we’ll be doing a lot of “skill & drill” to get used to the rigor that is the exam.

Last week we started with a broad overview of world belief systems and this week we move on to the course content with our readings I post in Google Classroom.
