World History Update
It’s the final countdown! (Cue Europe: Do-do-do-dooooooo, do-do-do-do-dooo)
With one week left we are very quickly approaching the end of our workload. We had a busy week this week covering the Holocaust, the Cold War, and Nationalism/De-colonization post WWII. The students had to write a short essay on whether or not they believed the Nazi leaders during the Nuremberg Trials deserved mercy and had to explain their reasoning.
Next week we tackle the modern topics of Globalization, Middle Eastern conflict, and Human Rights Violations/Ethnic Cleansing. I am planning on giving out a study packet on Monday for content that will be on the final exam. It will cover everything we’ve studied from the Italian Renaissance to current affairs and will be a combination of maps, multiple choice, and some fill in the blanks.
What’s New with Mr. Dudek?
Boys and girls volleyball are officially over, the yearbook is done, and I don’t know what I’m going to do with all this free time. Probably sleep in more and get home earlier to spend some much-needed time with the family.
Have a wonderful weekend Roadrunners!
Mr. Dudek
