World History Update

On to Week 23!

This week we studied Classical Japan. We learned about how Japan was influenced by China but still strived to establish their own unique identity. Likewise, the projects we worked on this week explored the influences in our lives and the values of Japanese culture through creating charts and Japanese fans. I’ll share some pictures of the projects when I get them graded. We also explored the 14th century Europe and how The Great Famine, The Black Plague, and the Hundred Years War led to the Great Schism in the church and paved the way for the Reformation and Renaissance.
