Yearbook Update
Happy Week 19!
I cannot believe its only a week and a half until winter break; time sure is flying by!
With the design nature of the class, I gave out the final projects earlier this week. Students have the choice of completing a final page design for the yearbook OR creating their own mini-yearbook. The idea is to accommodate students who are in-person vs. online as well as those with/without computers. We’ve been having some technical issues with the website we use for our yearbook design as well so this provides an opportunity to see how well the students grasp the concepts of design for the yearbook.
By this point in the year the students have been taught everything that they need in order to get the materials for and piecing the yearbook together. My job right now isn’t so much to be teaching, but guiding and facilitating them to work on their yearbook; it’s their baby and they need to take care of it. 🙂
What’s going on with Mr. Dudek?
That nefarious Elf on a Shelf has appeared. I’m getting the house ready for the holidays because my in-laws are flying in from Wisconsin. The baby just turned 9 months old and is crawling all over the place. Club volleyball has started as well so I’m staying busy.
As ALWAYS, if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or concerns please feel free to reach out
Have a great week Roadrunners,
~Mr. Dudek
