Yearbook Update
Good morning Roadrunners and welcome to week 8!
We had a good first week of the return to athletics and working on our photo management. We worked on a page design activity where the students had to apply what they learned about design to tell me about themselves as if they were designing a yearbook page around it. We’ll be working more on learning camera work as DSLRs can be somewhat complicated, as well as going over yearbook sales and assigning pages.
This is where the class starts to rev up in terms of the workload. There are a lot of moving pieces and events/activities will start having deadlines. For students to be receiving weekly credit they need to be actively engaged in either photo taking, page design, or working on developing copy (writing) for the pages.

As always if your student has late/missing assignments please encourage them to get them turned in. I am lenient with the late policy and as long as students turn in quality work it is graded accordingly. HOWEVER, I am not longer accepting work for the first five weeks of school as we are past the 4 week deadline, week 6 is the first week students can turn late work in for.
What’s going on with Mr. Dudek?
Not much. All of my indoor projects are done, save for the garage which looms over me like a bad omen.
As ALWAYS, if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or concerns please feel free to reach out to me. Also, if you see errors in the grade book, please email me.
Have a great week Roadrunners,
~Mr. Dudek
