AP World History Update Week 24

 In AP World History

Good afternoon Roadrunners and welcome to week 24!

I hope everyone was able to enjoyed their weekend!

This past week and this week we’re really entering the modern era. We’re examining the interwar period between WWI and II, looking at the effects of the Great Depression on major players such as the US, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Russia. Along with these, the rise of totalitarian states and dictators. We don’t spend a WHOLE lot of time on WWII because it is easy to get caught up in the subject. We will be examining how the genocide of the Holocaust set the stage for future genocides.

What’s New with Dudek?
It was another busy weekend: Peter had volleyball, Myla had dance, I set up the camera for the basketball games between the kids drop offs, then we took the kids to a b-day party in Phoenix with some friends and this was just Saturday. Amanda is in full on nesting mode so I had to tackle some honey-do projects. Oh, and we celebrated my birthday on Friday with sushi and cake.

Have a great week Roadrunners!
Mr. Dudek
